Event Times and Agenda

On the day of the Summit, registration opens at 08.15am. The event starts at 08.55am and will finish at 5.15pm, followed by a drinks reception.  Refreshments and lunch will be provided.  Please try to arrive around 8.30am to collect your badge which will be ready for you at the Registration Desk, on the ground floor – turn left on entering reception.  A map and full address details for the venue are at the bottom of this email.

We hope that the event will provide a valuable opportunity for all delegates to explore the key issues on the future of electronic cigarettes.  We are extremely grateful for the time and support of the speakers who have agreed to participate in this important event.  With an attendance of almost 300 guests including scientists, government departments and industry stakeholders, the Summit will provide a unique opportunity for open dialogue and an opportunity to examine the contentious issues.

We would like to remind everyone that the purpose of the meeting is to look at evidence based research and to enable constructive dialogue.  As such, we expect all attendees to please respect the direction of the Chair throughout proceedings and to show professional conduct and courtesy at all times.

A printable copy of the agenda can be found here.
