HYBRID SUMMIT ACCESS 2025
The E-Cigarette Summit USA returns to the Georgetown Marriott in Washington, D.C., on May 19, 2025. If you are participating virtually you will be able to follow the Summit via a “live stream” as per the agenda (US EST).
Registration is open. If you are joining us in Washington and require hotel accommodation, you can book your hotel room via the registration form or separately HERE. May is a busy time in Washington, and we strongly urge you to book your hotel room as soon as possible to take advantage of the E-Cigarette Summit USA’s discounted rate.
The E-Cigarette Summit USA is a hybrid, and we aim to maximise the experience for all participants, whether you are joining us in Washington, watching the Summit virtually or viewing the presentations and panel discussions later on demand. All registered Summit participants will have access to the Summit app (Whova) to view the Speaker ppt. slides, follow and contribute to the live chat/discussions, participate in polls and submit questions for the panel debates.
After the live stream, videos of speaker presentations and panel discussions will be added to the virtual platform within 48 hours of the live event for you to watch/re-watch later. The app will be live for 3 months after the event.
All registered delegates will receive joining instructions for the Summit, including the link for the Whova app, by May 15.

JOINING US IN WASHINGTON
The Marriott Georgetown is ideally located in downtown Washington DC, between Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle, with easy access for local and international airports and local train stations. Full details of the hotel and its facilities can be found HERE
The Summit will take place in the ballroom on the 1st floor of the Georgetown Marriott Hotel – please take the escalator directly to the ballroom, from the hotel lobby, where our registration team will be waiting to welcome you.
