If you would like to book hotel accommodation, please use the link above. May is a busy time in Washington D.C. and we recommend you reserve your accommodation as soon as possible.
Joining Instructions will be sent 3 days before the Summit.
The Summit is fully hybrid, and you will be registered to the Summit app (Whova), where you can view the Speaker PowerPoint slides, follow and contribute to the Summit chat/discussions, and submit questions for the panel debates.
For those that are joining virtually, you will be able to follow the Summit via a “Live Stream” as per the agenda (US EST).
Videos of speaker presentations and panel discussions will be added to the virtual platform within 48 hours of the live event for you to watch/re-watch later. They will be available for 3 months after the Summit.
You will receive an invoice/receipt for your booking in 7 working days.
